If you weren’t able to attend Competitions Day, or if you want some extra practice, go to www.lhsfbla.com/mock-conference-day-tests to take a practice 40 question test for your event. You need your log in to access this page. If you do not remember your information, shoot us an email, and we’ll locate your info for you. Answers for all tests will be posted up this weekend!
If you would like extra help with your oral events, the officers are open to help! We would be more than happy to set up another day for you to practice you presentation in front of a panel of judges and receive feedback.

FBLA State ProjectsDecember 23rd, 2011

Thanks to all those who completed the Financial Literacy and Goes Green individual projects. Completing these projects shows amazing dedication to the organization, as well as a thirst to learn more about what FBLA can offer you. On behalf of the entire Lynbrook FBLA Leadership Team, we commend you!

The Business Behind Football | COO of the 49ers TalkNovember 3rd, 2011

Love football? Love business? Want to meet a prominent leader in the sports industry?

On November 15, from 7 PM to 8:15 PM, the COO of the San Francisco 49ers, Paraag Marathe, will be in the Lynbrook auditorium to talk about his experiences at Lynbrook (he’s an alumnus!) as well as with the franchise. Here are some quick details on LDI:
Location: Santa Clara Marriott Hotel
Time: Arrive by 7:30 PM. (meet us in the lobby!)
Hotels: Check Google doc for rooming assignments (flexible)
Attire:
  • –Friday Night: Appropriate casual attire
  • –Saturday: Business formal (casual for dance)
  • –Sunday: Business casual
  • Make sure to check for last minute emails with more information!
